Customer Engagement Executive

The Customer Engagement Executive will be in charge of the global loyalty programme for Royal Selangor.
You will work closely with the Head of Global Marketing in deriving strategies and executing plans to deliver the customer promise as well as growing its membership by analysing and reviewing data to assist in crafting data-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the loyalty programme with the key objective to increase quality database and drive customer engagement. This would include developing tactical marketing strategies and in-store events.
- Manage and develop tactical activations for a global market and work closely with the respective commercial leads.
- Oversee all communication platforms related to the loyalty programme i.e. eDMs and other marketing tools.
- Assist and work on other marketing related projects.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years working experience in CRM and marketing with a proven track record.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- An analytical person who enjoys developing strategies from data and reports.
- Quick learner, responsible and accountable with a professional outlook on work.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to drive efficient tactical campaigns with a strong knowledge on the industry & trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to develop reports with analysis and insights reporting.

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
