Then come in and join **Malaysia team as Application Specialist (Mammo & X Ray).** As an XP Application Specialist, your mission is to enhance our legacy of innovation by delivering exceptional education and support for mammography and x-ray systems. Through advanced technology and clinical expertise, you'll empower healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, personalized care, ultimately improving patient outcomes globally.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible to deliver comprehensive on-site customer education, covering mammography and x-ray system operations, upgrades, and optimization.
- You will provide expert consultation to improve mammography and x-ray workflow, imaging protocols, and clinical procedures to meet customer needs.
- You will be responsible to collaborate closely with Sales teams to support product demonstrations and assist in tailoring solutions for specific clinical environments.
- You will contribute to product management by sharing field feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Extensive technical expertise in mammography and x-ray systems, including hardware, software, and imaging protocols.
- Diploma/Degree in Radiography or Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent.
- Certification as a qualified radiographer or relevant clinical certification is required. HCPC and MPHS registered are most welcome.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Proficiency in adapting to diverse clinical requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster effective learning and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel nationwide, as this position demands extensive on-site support.
- Anticipated travel requirement is approximately 75% of working time, including occasional weekends.
