**CLINICAL APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST**

**Job purpose**
- Works very closely with Circle’s Sales Team who are charged with developing account relationships and deployment of Circle sales strategies to acquire new hospitals customers or our existing base.
- Supports the Sales Team who are responsible for deploying corporate resources for solutions.
- To help our customers achieve their objectives and satisfaction, through our comprehensive product platforms and service offerings.

**Duties and responsibilities**

**To Company**:

- Organize product training / in-house training to newcomers including sales team and support team via any training method, such as physically, skype, or workshop.
- Acquire good product knowledge and keep up-to-date with developments in the medical field
- Work as cross-functional teams and assist in marketing activities, such as Exhibition, Company website, and social media.
- Manage all company equipment in good and orderly condition.
- Complete administrative activities and ensure product demonstration support.

**To Customer/User**
- Exhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training.
- Establishing and managing customer relationships by providing clinical support to assist the sales team and solve customer inquiry and provide clinical information related to the product.
- Setting up documentation/training tools for pre or post-customer training, such as quick guides, presentations, tutorials, turning customers into power users, etc.
- Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to Technical, Customer, and Marketing Support teams.
- Communicate with customers proactively improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing/Medical or equivalent.
- Above 3 years of clinical expertise in hospital
- Application knowledge of a medical equipment
- Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
- Excellent communication skill
- Willing to travel

**Working conditions**

**Normal Working Hours**:

- 7.30 A.M - 5.00 P.M
- 8.00 A.M - 5.30 P.M

**Based Location**:

- Kuala Lumpur/Selangor

Work Remotely
- No

**Salary**: RM2,450.00 - RM6,876.00 per month

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clinical Expertise in hospital: 3 years (preferred)
