**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for staff payroll calculation to ensure timely processing of accurate payroll
- Monitoring leave, overtime and attendance management
- Handling and ensuring daily administrative functions are executed on a timely basis.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
- Liaising with government agencies.
- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of office premises.
- Managing office assets and resources.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Assisting in any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Administrative Management or equivalent
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles in the manufacturing field.
- Preferable language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Working Location: Kuang, Rawang**
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
