As an Administration Executive, you will directly report to a Head of Administration or any other superior that may be assigned to you in future. Your duties, in support of your superior, shall be, inter alia, as follows:

- Provide general administrative support and office duties including prepare administrative letters.
- To assist superior in procurements, vendor sourcing and negotiate for the best pricing on supplies and services.
- To assist in managing and upkeeping good filing system for easy reference and retrieval.
- To handle incoming/outgoing calls & walk in enquires, recording of incoming postage & mails (i.e. letters, couriers).
- Inventories - to maintain stocks for student garments, necktie, classroom furniture’s, maintenance tools, stationery & etc. Upkeeping of inventories records in the system.
- Labelling/ tagging all school assets i.e. furniture’s and equipment’s including student lockers.
- To assist superior on the building / services - related agreements / contracts renewal process on timely manner.

Adheres and performs the duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your superior that is related to your daily responsibilities
