* Maintain and upload sales documents in NetSuite, including consignment agreements, promotions, listing fees, rebates, stock issuance, returns, and claims.
- Ensure all sales records are complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Prepare and manage customer agreements, consignment terms, and formal correspondence to outlets on price changes or new product launches.
- Support supermarket and hypermarket accounts nationwide with consignment-related matters.
- Follow up with the Sales Team and outlet PICs on documentation, promotions, and product listings.
- Compile supermarket sales reports and issue invoices at the beginning of each month.
- Handle communication with agents regarding invoices, credit notes, and related billing matters.
- Track payment updates with outlet PICs and maintain accurate billing records.
- Collect and analyze sales data to prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
- Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Support other departments with sales-related documentation and coordination.
- Assist in promoter wage claims by preparing supporting reports.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or equivalent or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) are required, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
