**Position Overview**:
Join our team at CSA Cafe as a Kitchen Crew Member and play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will assist in preparing and assembling dishes that showcase the freshness and quality of our locally sourced ingredients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling dishes according to recipes.
- Assist in cooking and baking tasks under the guidance of our Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of orders.

- Passion for food and a desire to learn about seasonal and sustainable cooking practices.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
