Deliver food and beverage from kitchen and bar respectively to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with beverage making and serving at bar which includes cocktail, mocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of food stations.
- Works as per instructions from the immediate Supervisor and as per duty shifts.
- Ensures proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty.
- Works (hands-on) towards the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours.
- Handles the guest greeting upon arrival and their seating through the hostess.
- Maintains a professional/friendly, yet discreet relationship with the guests
- Familiarize with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning restaurant.
- Reports cleanliness and maintenance issues to the immediate Supervisor.
- Handles guest complaints as per instructions or consults the immediate Supervisor.
- Does all mis-en-place work according to the whole day service requirements.
- Attends all regular departmental briefings and contributes to an open communication within the assigned team.
- To ensure that a check is made and recorded in the POS system for every food & beverage sale in the outlet.
- To open a guest check in the POS system, punching orders, splitting, and transferring tables, settling checks as cash, room charge, credit card or city ledger.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates from Hotel Management School or SPM Leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to work with all levels of staff.
- A good team player and strive to have a career in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Ability to stand on long periods of time daily

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
