- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle both online and in-person inquiries regarding courses, schedules, fees, etc.
- Greet walk-in parents and students, and introduce the tuition center’s programs and services.
- Student Enrollment and Follow-up:

- Assist with student registration and maintain accurate and updated student records.
- Follow up with potential clients and conduct regular calls to interested parents to encourage enrollment.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Communicate regularly with parents about students’ learning progress and attendance.
- Collect customer feedback, handle complaints or suggestions, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist in scheduling, rescheduling, and arranging make-up classes.
- Prepare reports, organize documents, and handle general administrative tasks.
- Payment and Record-Keeping:

- Handle tuition fee collection, issue receipts, and record financial data accordingly.
