**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify sales prospects and assess customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer objections and concerns.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends and recommend product enhancements based on insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Supply Chain, to ensure that delivery to customer is on time, and to coordinate any delay or changes accordingly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in compliance with company policies.
- Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales reports. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management as required.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

**Requirement for this role**:

- Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Well versed in both written and oral for English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
- Enjoy meeting with people, result oriented, able to multi tasks and a Team player.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is required.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work 5.5 days a week
