**About Us;**

Jiwa is a fast growing café & restaurant brand on the East Coast.

We’re looking for a **friendly, extroverted Barista / Front of House team member** who loves connecting with people and providing excellent service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome customers with a smile and friendly energy.
- Take orders and operate the POS system accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and dessert and food items to café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and coffee stations.
- Assist with restocking, opening, and closing duties.
- Communicate and work well with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Outgoing and people-oriented** **personality** - you enjoy talking to customers and making them feel welcome.
- **Organized** with a **positive attitude** and **strong communication skills.**:

- Punctual, reliable, and a good team player.
- Passion for coffee, food, and great service.
- Previous barista or café experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
- Able to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays (if necessary)
