**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Follow SOPs**: Ensure all kitchen activities adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for consistency and quality.
- **Prepare & Cook**: Execute recipes and prepare dishes according to our established standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep kitchen and seating areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized in line with health and safety standards.
- **Maximize Resources**: Use raw materials efficiently to minimize waste and ensure optimal inventory management.
- **Proper Storage**: Store prepared and semi-prepared ingredients according to food safety guidelines to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
- **Work Discipline**: Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: At least a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year working in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a kitchen environment.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attitude**: A passion for food, dedication to quality, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
