**Job Function**: Sales(Corporate) - ** Industry**: Manufacturing(Food) - ** Job Description**: ・ Develop yearly trade Marketing Planning in line with sales & marketing objectives and manage the marketing budget for modern trade, Pet Specialty stores and general trade ・ Developing, formulating, and executing a comprehensive trade marketing calendar, detailing store, distributions, promotions display, trade activation, in-store POSM planning, handling events, and leading special projects for modern trade and general trade ・ Improve brand presence through various campaigns and projects across trade channels with in-store planning, execution, and performing post-mortem of each campaign project ・ Dealing with agencies for Point of Sales Materials (POSM) from drop size, ideas creations, designs, materials, printing timelines & stores allocation for focus month highlighted SKU Category ・ Collects feedback from the sales field force to implement more effective programs ・ Lead and implement trade activations and promotions plans for Modern Trade includinglisting new skus. ・ Plan and monitor all trade allocations budgets, distribution of stocks products through a distributor ・ Set and meet yearly sales targets for distributors of modern trade channels. ・ Regular evaluation of the market and consumer trends. ・ Keep full and proper books of account and records, and submit sales reports regularly according to the timelines of the Headquarters. ・ Communicate with clients on a regular basis (both distributor and modern trade) - ** Requirement**: (Must) ・ At least 3+ years of experience in the modern trade ・ Knowledge of modern trade listing and promotions ・ Experience in dealing with distributors ・ Must have own transport （Prefer） ・ Experience in the pet food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus ・ Experience in dealing with distributors is a plus. - ** Other Language**: English - ** Benefit**: - Transportation allowance (RM300) fixed - Car Allowance (RM500) fixed - Petrol and parking (reimbursement) per receipt - Company phone provided" - Business trip - RM40/days - MC claim - max RM500 per year - AL : 12 days, MC:14 days
