**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional).
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with relevant content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Support the team with market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and handle invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
**Qualifications**:
- SPM and above in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa and English are advantages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
