**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide sales administration support to the sales team.
- To generate various report within the timeline.
- To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments
- Communicate and establish good relationships Merchants
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Others ad-hoc duties as assigned

**EXPERIENCES, KNOWLEDGES & SKILLS**:

- Minimum with Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and has attention to details.
- Pleasant personality and able to work with minimum supervision, and independently.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Merchant Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa, English, Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
