Sale Administrator

Job summary responsible for managing day-to-day sales administration, inventory control, and partner relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in all business transactions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. SALES & DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT**
- PROCESS AND DOCUMENT ALL SALES TRANSACTIONS
- GENERATE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS
- UPDATE SALES RECORDS AND CUSTOMER DATABASES
- PREPARE DAILY SALES REPORTS
- MONITOR PAYMENT STATUS AND FOLLOW-UPS
- MAINTAIN PROPER FILING SYSTEM
**2. INVENTORY CONTROL**
- MONITOR STOCK MOVEMENT (IN/OUT)
- UPDATE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- PROCESS STOCK ORDERS WHEN NEEDED
- ORGANIZE WAREHOUSE/STORAGE
- RECORD DAMAGED/RETURNED ITEMS
- CREATE MONTHLY INVENTORY REPORTS
**3. AGENT/STOCKIST MANAGEMENT**
- PROCESS NEW AGENT REGISTRATIONS
- MAINTAIN ACTIVE AGENT DATABASE
- HANDLE AGENT ORDERS
- MONITOR AGENT PERFORMANCE
- PROCESS AGENT COMMISSIONS
- GENERATE AGENT PERFORMANCE REPORTS
**4. OFFLINE RESELLER DEVELOPMENT**
- IDENTIFY AND APPROACH POTENTIAL RESELLERS THROUGH:
- LOCAL BUSINESS NETWORKING EVENTS
- TRADE SHOWS AND EXHIBITIONS
- MARKET VISITS AND AREA MAPPING
- BUSINESS COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
- RETAIL STORE VISITS
- CONDUCT FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL PARTNERS
- PRESENT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO PROSPECTS
- PREPARE AND SHARE PRODUCT PORTFOLIOS
- NEGOTIATE PARTNERSHIP TERMS
- GUIDE NEW PARTNERS THROUGH REGISTRATION PROCESS
**5. FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION**
- RECORD INCOMING PAYMENTS
- VERIFY BANK STATEMENTS
- DOCUMENT EXPENSES
- PREPARE FINANCIAL REPORTS
- MANAGE PETTY CASH
- MONITOR CREDIT/DEBT STATUS
**6. CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES
- MANAGE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
- PROVIDE PRODUCT INFORMATION
- MONITOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- CONDUCT CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UPS
