**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative at Mb Mix Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing existing customers by following up on sales orders and payments, developing relationships with new customers, and collaborating closely with office staff to ensure seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Proactively communicate with existing customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and payments to maintain strong relationships and uphold our commitment to customer service excellence.
- Resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**New Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect potential new customers in the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts and increase market share.

**Sales Administration**:

- Coordinate with office staff to process sales orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on sales performance and market trends for management review.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with internal departments, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
