Sales Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, both new and existing, to generate sales opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations and Closing Deals**:Delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Tracking sales data, analyzing market trends, and creating reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

- **Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies**:Contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans, including promotional events, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
- **Creating Marketing Materials**:Developing and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content to support sales efforts.
- **Managing Online Presence**:Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media presence to engage with customers and promote products or services.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:Organizing and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities and refine strategies.

General Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build positive relationships.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- **Staying Updated**:Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Managing sales records, preparing reports, and handling other administrative duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
