Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, both new and existing, to generate sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations and Closing Deals:Delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:Tracking sales data, analyzing market trends, and creating reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies:Contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans, including promotional events, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
  • Creating Marketing Materials:Developing and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content to support sales efforts.
  • Managing Online Presence:Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media presence to engage with customers and promote products or services.
  • Event Planning and Execution:Organizing and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities and refine strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build positive relationships.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Administrative Tasks:Managing sales records, preparing reports, and handling other administrative duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
