Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the team members through strong skills in communication, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, coaching, technology and quality control. - Responsible (plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate) for the operation of the department. - Define, develop and implement a department strategy, which contributes to the business strategic direction. - Develop and communicate an understanding of the business strategy as it pertains to other departments. - Identify creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems( i.e. Modification of responsibilities or consolidation of task, elimination of non-value-added processes) - Accountability for the overall provision of an end-to-end IT project service across agreed services. - Provides planning, leadership, and guidance to team members to ensure defined responsivities are met. Manages team members including coordinating time off (vacation, holiday schedule, etc.), maintaining appropriate coverage for the business owners, performance management, salary reviews and perform the role of coaching for development. - Collaborate with team members to effectively deliver services to customers. - Development leaders, people leader, collaboration across fuñction in any technical requirement. - Acts as single point of contact for the dispatch of resources and resolution and escalation of technical issues. - Coordinates with management to align priorities, work assignment, establish common processes and metrics, sharing of best practices and continuous improvement. - Directs the team in daily, weekly and monthly projects in tandem with functional leadership. - To identify, track and manage key operational risk to the project that involves and providing strong co-ordination with the team members. - Accountable for accurate and timely delivery of reporting to the project involved within team members. - Promotes teamwork and provides developmental plan for the team members. - Responsible for Managed Services communication, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, technology, support, and quality control. - Responsible for internal "As a Services" and "Cloud" offering support and maintenance. - Provide timely and courteous customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain effective work relationships and work closely with customers and entire team members. Requirement: - Minimum Degree in Computer Science/Studies/Information Technology or equivalent. - Minimum 8 Years of working experience - GOOD ATTITUDE - Effective communication in English or additional languages is added advantage. - Good listener and able to demonstrate effective communication skills. - Result oriented & customer focused. - Self-Motivated, Proactive & Problem-solving thinking. - Provide timely and courteous customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. - Autonomous, work independently with mínimal supervision. - Exhibit good time management skills & punctuality - Keen interest in continual learning and professional development. - Ensure adequate self-development and training is undertaken to fulfil accountabilities - Willing to work after office hours if required. - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. - Knowledge in Cloud, Virtualization, HCI, Backup, Linux, Network is an advantage. **Benefits**: - Employer EPF contributes 13%+1% - 60 days (about 2 months) Hospitalization entitlement upon confirmation - Medical Health Check, Dental & Optical subsidy - Monthly Fixed Allowance - Petrol Allowance - Mobile Allowance - Parking Expenses reimbursement **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Free parking - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Parental leave - Professional development - Vision insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus COVID-19 considerations: All customer are required to wear mask and common surface are sanitized regurlary.
