**EXPORT COORDINATOR**

**Job descriptions**:
Export coordinator is responsible to coordinate and monitor export shipments mainly for LCL and Console jobs. You will be reporting to General Manager - Operations.
- Liaising with carrier for ETD and ETA of vessel and communicate timely to the shipper.
- Communicating with Customer Service team for booking arrangement.
- Responsible for booking with carrier within the documented timeline.
- Liaising with the shipper for the export arrangements.
- Planning of container, liaising with warehouse within the cutoff period and ensure system is updated.
- Arrangement of surveyor for inspection of dangerous cargo when needed.
- Timely and accurate updates to the customer concerned.
- Adhere to documentation submission timelines to avoid delays.
- Liaising with Forwarding Department for transportation arrangement/custom clearance.
- Preparation of Payment Voucher, Bill of Lading, Invoice and all other related documents in accordance to the timeline.
- Sending pre-alert to the agent.
- Keying in warehouse invoice, rebate invoice from supplier
- Other ad-hoc assignments as and when given by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in shipping/freight forwarding.
- Knowledge in handling export shipments mainly for LCL and Console job is essential.
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Full time position available with immediate vacancy.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
