**Overview**:

- rhi are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator for the coordination of all international exports from our client Port Klang plant.
- On offer is a 12 month contract, 5 days office based working full time in Port Klang

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be supporting EXIM end to end process from planning and operation to customs documentation and transportation in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsible to monitor day to day operation with 3PL, this inclusive monitoring the activities of stock shunting, container load, stock reversal, etc.
Responsible for the coordination of all international exports from Port Klang Plant, accountable to ensure that all export is shipped out as planned in accordance with EOR.
- The role holder will be the key person to ensure all the export orders are fulfilled in JDE system and comply with trade regulation.
Interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administrator, freight forwarder, custom officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistic of shipment.
- Responsible for container configuration and load optimization.
- Responsible to execute all export orders and to schedule export shipments to meet the agreed customer’s requirement.
- Responsible to process export orders and approved IUS hub ticket for export orders and ensure orders are received complies with Streamline and Fusion.
- Ensure accurate keying in and generates JDE invoices for each export order.
