**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO/MM/SD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP modules as reported by end-users.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
- Assist in configuring SAP modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and ensure all functionalities are working correctly.
- Document system processes and create user manuals for reference.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations when necessary.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing system maintenance support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP processes and functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel for project implementation and support.
