The TELESALES NUTRITIONAL ADVISOR sell products and services for their company over the phone. They also manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls. Telesales takes place proactively initiates a call to a prospective customer. These calls can be for existing customers for cross-selling / up-selling new product/service offerings.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Contacting individuals/businesses by telephone to promote consumer products or services
Delivering scripted sales pitch to the customers
Explaining the products or services to customers over the phone
To achieve daily and monthly sales target as set by the team leader

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for individuals with good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in marketing, sales promoter roles & customer service are desirable
Past working experience in contact/call center is an added advantage
Sales driven/commission-driven, target-oriented individual
Minimum 2 years experience in the area of sales
Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
