To review and confirm PO & Re-scheduling from customers - Plan & monitor production schedule in order to meet customer's delivery request - Provide weekly loading plan based on firm orders & demand forecast - Co-ordinate with related departments in order to achieve planned target and schedule - Provide information on daily production output status and tracking of daily output - Monitor and expedite delinquent orders - Planning & monitoring the materials/components requirements and usage - Ensure materials are sufficient to support production - Control and analyze inventory to optimize stock level - Monitoring trends and customers demand to ensure there are always sufficient manufacturing materials - Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy - Minimize obsolete stocks to reduce liability - Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials
