The **HR Advisor** for Australia reports to the Team Lead Country Operations for Australia, whose team provides HR support to approximately 2,200 employees. The HR Advisor will be part of a well-connected HR Operations community with a dynamic and talented group of colleagues that collaborate closely within and across local and international team boundaries to deliver excellence in operations and employee experience.

- Management of cases according to established ways of working, including using SalesForce to log queries and updates, create cases, keep employees updated on the status of open cases and ensure satisfactory closure of cases..
- Ownership of end-to-end processes.
- Seamless hand-off of cases to other teams as required..
- Timely escalation of complex queries to P&S, Team Lead and/or Country Policy team.
- Liaising with HR Partners, employees and line managers as required to resolve cases.
- Input for Knowledge Management within the team (including creation and ownership of documentation/job aids).
- Sharing best practices within the team, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery and participating in improvement initiatives.
- Adhering to the Global Approvals Matrix (GAM), Financial Control Manual (implementing all established financial controls in daily work) and Data Privacy rules, including reporting any FCM or Data Privacy breaches.
- This role will be the ‘face of HR’ to employees in Australia.

**Job Requirement**
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business or any relevant field
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Experience in service excellence and driving continuous improvement.
- Understand how HR adds value to the business.
- Skills in having effective contracting conversations with the ability to manage expectations especially when faced with obstacles.
- Collaboration/integrative behavior within and across team boundaries
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines with high quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy when dealing with sensitive situations/difficult conversations.
- Assertiveness and courage to challenge

- **Job Type**: 12 months contract (renewable based on performance)
- **Salary Range**: Up to RM3,000
