Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand audience needs and develop content strategies aligned with campaign goals.
- Select topics and themes, write creative briefs and coordinate production tasks; create and manage a content calendar for social media and website.
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers and digital creators, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and editorial standards.
- Work with marketing leaders to set monthly and quarterly goals and budgets and create/edit content using content-management systems and social-media tools.
- Lead, monitor and evaluate hosts’ performance during live streams; arrange schedules and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Keep up with the latest streaming tools, interactive trends and best practices, proposing creative ideas to improve stream quality and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate product demonstrations and limited-time offers during streams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or multimedia; proven experience in content creation or live-stream coordination.
- Strong understanding of social-media trends (TikTok, Instagram) and digital marketing; experience with CMS platforms and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with video production, graphic-design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) and basic editing.
- Tech-savvy, creative and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends during campaigns).
- Must possess own transportation.
