Job Vacancy: Credit Recovery Officer (Immediate Hiring - Start 6th October)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are urgently looking for a Credit Recovery Officer to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided. If you are confident, motivated, and have strong communication skills, this role is for you

What You’ll Do:

- Contact clients to remind and negotiate payment arrangements
- Avoid conflicts and handle conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Follow up with customers to ensure commitments are met
- Accurately update and manage payment records/data
- Work towards meeting recovery targets while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Contribute to a supportive, energetic, and friendly work environment

- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
- Positive energy and a team-player mindset
- Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn
- Able to start immediately on 6th October
- Fresh graduates and those with no prior experience are encouraged to apply
