The Opportunity:
**In this role you will**:

- Develop the estimate plan by using the Work Breakdown Structures and coordinate estimate development with the project team, including the preparation of the Estimate Schedule
- Provide high-quality estimates to upper-level estimators in a timely manner, in which the information is reconcilable to source data
- Remain abreast of estimating techniques and business line specific rates to be applied in estimates

- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related field, with experience working as an estimator in the construction industry
- Have a professional certification, or are seeking one. We can help
- Are results-oriented and enjoy working across teams and projects to meet schedules and milestones

- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
