1. Assign work schedules and work task base on job order and production planning

2. Monitor and track shift reports with focus on operators’ time and attendance.

3. Ensure operators running the process base on the approval job order.

4. Ensure the production line running with smoothly and achieve daily target.

5. Monitor and manage operators’ quality enforcement to reduce the rejection rate.

6. Monitor and manage operators daily job task to ensure all of them working as per request.

7. Verified the machine set up ensuring the machines are set on the correct temperature or speed.

8. While the machine is operating, supervisors to ensure they do not malfunction.

9. After the process is complete, to inspect the têxtiles to ensure they have been finished to the required specifications and no defects

10. Directs repairs and adjustment of malfunctioning machines

11. Coordinates schedules and activities of workers engaged in the finishing in accordance to the colour, width and type of finish to maintain efficient operation.

12. Ensure appropriate work order indicating specified finish, style and yardage of fabric to be processed.

13. Examines cloth to verify that finish fabric meets specifications

14. Directs training of workers in setup and operation of machines and equipment

15. Examines finish fabric produced to detect variations from standards

16. Delegating machine operations, quality control and maintenance task accordingly

17. Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations

18. Conduct the training to new hires on factory operations, policies, and procedures. Periodic evaluation must be done to ensure new hires’ competency.

19. To build good communication and conflict resolution skills in workplace.

20. Ensure that all operators conform to the rules on PPE personal protection equipment when and where it necessitates.

21. Responsible for the proper record of all production spare parts supplies and usage

22. Ensure and maintain a safe work environment compliant to all safety regulations and standards requirements of the company policies

23. Ensure the occupational safety, health and work environment comply with the local legal requirements and buyers’ compliance activities and requirement

24. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment and a consistent optimal running of production.

25. Perform any other duties or job as may be required and directed by senior management.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
