- Solid knowledge of MS office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as actively participate as a team player.
- Chinese speaking and writing are highly preferred.
- Willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to type letters and other business documents.
- Taking dictation and minutes during meetings.
- To assist in handling accounting data entry and daily operations of accounting functions.
- To process and issue cheque, payment voucher general claims and payment schedule in a daily or monthly basis.

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
