- Is willing to work on shifting schedules, night shift allowance is provided.
- This is a permanent WFH position, we are looking for Japanese that are willing to station in Japan.
- Has call experience (a plus but not required, we accept fresh graduate)
- Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills
- Meets the typing requirement (30 WPM)
- For this particular campaign, we are looking for Teammates whom able to read and type in Japanese as they are required to support customers in Japan
