**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Development Support**
- Provide high-precision PCB soldering support, especially for small package components (e.g., 0402, 0201) and BGA components, including soldering, rework, and functional validation
- Support the setup of test environments and perform simulations to facilitate project development;
- Proficiently use soldering tools (e.g., hot air guns, soldering stations, BGA rework stations) to complete complex soldering tasks, ensuring soldering quality meets development requirements.
- Provide technical support to the design team tasks regarding soldering processes and product feasibility.
- Support other department tasks based on the competences of the employee.

**Laboratory Equipment Management and Maintenance**
- Oversee daily maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate and implement routine servicing and upgrades of equipment to maximize performance and longevity.
- Provide technical support for the installation and commissioning of new laboratory equipment.

**Laboratory Consumables Procurement and Management**
- Manage procurement and inventory of laboratory consumables (such as wires, solder, tools, etc.).
- Regularly check inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment or replacement of supplies.
- Evaluate and select suppliers, ensuring the quality of materials and cost-effectiveness of purchases.

**Development and Supervision of Laboratory Regulations**
- Implement and supervise 5S management practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laboratory environment;
- Monitor and enforce adherence to laboratory rules and regulations, conducting regular checks and improvements.
- Provide training to staff to ensure compliance with all laboratory management policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in electronic product development or laboratory work, with a solid understanding of electronic components, soldering techniques, and equipment management.
- Strong hands-on abilities, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn;
- Proficient in PCB soldering, component installation, and electrical testing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Highly responsible with attention to detail, able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in related fields (e.g., IPC-A-610) is a plus.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety and management standards, with prior experience in 5S management being a plus

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
