**Position**: HR Executive

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM3,000

**Working Hours**: Sunday - Thursday (8.30AM - 5.30PM) Saturday (8.30AM - 1.30PM)

**Location**: Lot 5094, Kilang IKS Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa II, 16100 Kota Bharu Kelantan

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement plans.
- Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
- Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the execution of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Advise management on legal matters related to HR, such as employee contracts, terminations, and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
- Identify areas for improvement within HR policies, procedures, and practices and propose necessary changes.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance overall job satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and executive the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, payroll processes, and employee perks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards regarding compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on HR activities, trends, and recommendations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
