Location: Mutiara Subang, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
**Job Description**:
1. Menguruskan jadual CEO: Menyusun jadual harian, perjumpaan, dan perjalanan untuk CEO.
2. Urusan peribadi CEO: Menguruskan urusan peribadi CEO seperti tempahan makanan, perjalanan peribadi, dan sebagainya.
3. Pengurusan fail dan dokumen: Menguruskan fail dan dokumen penting syarikat dan CEO.
4. Urusan perjumpaan: Menyusun perjumpaan, membuat persediaan nota perjumpaan, dan membuat penyediaan untuk perbincangan.
5. Pengurusan komunikasi: Menyusun surat, e-mel, dan komunikasi lain bagi pihak CEO.
6. Mengendalikan panggilan masuk dan keluar: Menjawab panggilan, menyaring panggilan penting, dan meneruskan panggilan kepada CEO yang sesuai.
7. Penyediaan laporan: Menyediakan laporan berkala untuk CEO mengenai perkembangan syarikat dan isu-isu penting.
8. Pengurusan perbelanjaan: Menguruskan perbelanjaan syarikat dan peribadi CEO, termasuk rekod pembayaran & perbelanjaan.
9. Penyediaan perjalanan: Menguruskan tempahan penerbangan, penginapan, dan perjalanan bagi CEO.
10. Menguruskan hal ehwal pembantu rumah, pemandu, pembantu, dan hal berkaitan anak anak
11. Tugas tambahan: Melaksanakan tugas-tugas tambahan seperti penyelidikan, penganalisisan data, dan projek khas yang diberikan oleh CEO.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Personal Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- maid management: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Shah Alam (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Shah Alam: Relocate before starting work (required)
