**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate architectural project activities across various stages—concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
- Assist senior architects and project managers in preparing project schedules, design presentations, and documentation.
- Manage communication and documentation between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with project standards and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of technical drawings, plans, and reports.
- Maintain project files, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams during construction phases for design clarification.
- Track design changes, RFIs, and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural project coordination or related role.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of construction processes and documentation standards.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
