**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for document control for any HR documentation.
- Responsible for managing and updating foreign workers profile and information within the foreign worker master file.
- Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
- Monitor and update record for staff leave and attendance daily**.**:

- Monitor and update typhoid injection record & food handling certificate.
- To arrange food handling online class with training provider when necessary.
- To prepare final monthly demerit report after received approval report from factory manager & haccp team.
- Stationeries order to finance department.
- To monitor and record cleaner attendance & work.
- To do any assigned task from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields with minimum 1-2 years working experience in food & beverage/ hotel/ manufacturing or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
- Good knowledge in Employment Act and other related regulations.
- HQ located in seri kembangan

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
