Assist Head of HR in all aspects of HR functions.
- Responsible in administration of the employee’s payroll on time process
- Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements and monthly payment submission
- Assist in recruitment, employee performance review, resignation and etc
- Coordinate staff training & development
- Assist Head of HR in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Organize, update and maintain HR database and employees’ personnel details, information, records and documentation.
- Prepare all HR letters of appointment, promotion, transfer, resignation, memos and etc
- Administer staff benefits, including leave, training, medical and etc.
- To perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows (Excel and Words is a must)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
