Effa Sidek Atelier merupakan jenama fesyen yang berkembang pesat, dengan komitmen untuk menyediakan rekaan yang elegan dan bergaya kepada pelanggan di seluruh Malaysia. Kami mencari individu yang bertanggungjawab, cekap dan berdedikasi untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai **Admin & HR Executive**.

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Mengurus dan memperbaharui lesen perniagaan dan permit berkaitan.
- Berurusan dengan tuan tanah berkenaan urusan sewa, pembaharuan kontrak dan hal utiliti premis.
- Menyimpan dan mengemaskini dokumen pekerja seperti surat lantikan, fail peribadi, cuti, kontrak, KWSP, SOCSO, dan lain-lain.
- Menyediakan surat rasmi syarikat, memo dalaman, dan dokumen pentadbiran.
- Menyokong pengurusan dalam hal berkaitan pekerja, seperti onboarding, penilaian prestasi, dan disiplin staf.
- Menjadi penghubung antara syarikat dan agensi kerajaan/swasta dalam urusan rasmi.
- Menyusun dan mengurus fail fizikal & digital dengan sistematik.
- Membantu dalam kerja pentadbiran lain yang diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

**Kelayakan**:

- Minimum Diploma dalam bidang Pengurusan Perniagaan / Pentadbiran / Sumber Manusia atau setaraf.
- Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam bidang pentadbiran atau HR (jika tiada pengalaman tapi sangat teratur & rajin, digalakkan memohon).
- Mahir menggunakan komputer dan perisian asas seperti Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Bertanggungjawab, amanah, teliti dan boleh bekerja tanpa pengawasan.
- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri adalah satu kelebihan.
