- Preparing daily attendance reporting to HR Manager
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of data. including calculating staff OT, maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Assisting in handling recruitment and hiring
- Keep track of and issuance of Letters of Appointment, Confirmation etc
- Prepare Statutory contributions reports
- Maintain staff relations
- Updating staff medical claims
- Keep track of permit works renewal
- Assist the HR Manager in executing all HR functions and initiatives.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks or responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
