Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1) Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding new hires
2) Monitor and manage HR documentation including contracts, leave records, employee benefits, staff claims, and medical claims
3) Manage monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely submission of statutory contributions and payments
4) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
5) Perform general HR admin tasks as required
Requirements:
1) Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
2) Preferable 2 years related working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3) Knowledgeable of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills
5) Able to work independently as well as a team player
6) Sense of responsibility and integrity and able to handle confidential matters
7) Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
