Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Post job ads, screen resumes, and arrange interviews.
  • Conduct online/physical interviews and coordinate new hire onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters, employee files, and manage orientation & probation reviews.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding process.

Employee Relations & Performance

  • Draft HR letters (confirmation, warning, disciplinary etc.) and assist with performance reviews.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Check attendance, OT, leave, and claim submissions via
    HRMS system
    .
  • Prepare monthly payroll calculation and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documents.
  • Assist in policy drafting and HR documentation management.

Employee Engagement & Learning & Development

  • Organize team bonding activities and internal engagement programs.
  • Coordinate company and employer branding initiatives.
  • Liaise with training providers, handle HRDC submissions, and manage learning sessions.

Office Administration & Wellbeing

  • Oversee office supplies, pantry stock, and general office maintenance.
  • Support office rebranding and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Min. requirement Diploma Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or admin functions.


  • Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently.
