Job Purpose

The
Head of Human Resources
is responsible for leading the overall HR strategy and operations to support the company's business objectives. This role acts as a
strategic business partner
to the leadership team — driving organizational development, culture transformation, and talent strategies to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

In addition to strategic leadership, the role requires strong
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
experience — providing hands-on advisory support to business units, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with operational needs and company direction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals and company vision.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify and address organizational priorities, workforce capabilities, and culture development.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives that drive performance, productivity, and engagement.
  • Lead the HR team across all key functions — Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.

2. Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Serve as the
    principal HR Business Partner
to business unit leaders, providing strategic advice on workforce planning, organization design, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to management on people-related decisions, including succession planning, performance, and team structure.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business challenges and design HR solutions that enhance team performance and retention.

3. Talent & Leadership Development

  • Define and lead the talent management framework — from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning and career development.
  • Establish leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and design development pathways.
  • Drive a learning culture that supports continuous growth and skill-building.

4. Performance & Rewards

  • Oversee the design and implementation of the company's performance management system.
  • Ensure performance metrics are aligned with organizational goals and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Lead the annual salary review, incentive, and rewards programs to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Champion employee engagement initiatives that promote trust, collaboration, and belonging.
  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and turnover rates through data-driven analysis and initiatives.

6. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Manage HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead HR digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

7. Organizational Development & Change Management

  • Drive organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives in line with business strategy.
  • Lead change management programs to support business growth, new systems, and process improvements.
  • Promote cultural transformation and alignment with company purpose, mission, and values.
