We are hiring a Service Contract Supervisor to join our Malaysia team based in Shah Alam.

About the role:

- To proactively manage service plan portfolio ensuring that spare parts are available before schedule visits becomes due.
- To ensure that service technicians tending contract jobs understands the full scope of the contract that they are handling. Every site visit is executed with the goal of achieving high reliability and efficiency of the unit they are servicing together with all other installed CDA equipment in the compressor room to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Timely submission of root cause analysis for every machine breakdown and premature component failures
- Support service operations supervisor and planners in ensuring that work schedules are correctly allocated to maximize efficiency based on the competence levels of technicians.
