- To ensure all works carried out by the Cleaning Staff as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
- Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
- Reviewing work schedules
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- End of month collect workers attendance
- Collect check and banking
- Solve clients complaints
- A supervisor is responsible for scheduling her employees work times. He is also responsible for approving vacation time, sick time, overtime and leave of absence requests. He is responsible for making sure that time slot is replaced by another cleaner
- Supervisors are responsible for listening to complaints and concerns of his employees. He is also responsible for making sure all conflicts are resolved.
- To supervise contract cleaner and ensure that the manpower supply is enough for all shift duties.
- Good leadership skills and able to lead contract cleaner.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong leadership skills with pleasant disposition and friendly personality.
- Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have
- Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles
- Experience 2 - 5 years required

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
