Medical Claim Assessor

Job Descriptions:
- Process all Life and/or Accident & Health/Major claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
- Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaires, and review all statuses to ensure efficient adjustments in the claim system.
- Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time, and productivity benchmarks.
- Prepare regular reports to management on metrics related to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc., or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
- Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate, and populate data into reporting templates.
- Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate manager.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent.
- Spoken and written in Chinese and English, with strong written skills.
- Self-motivated and customer orientated.
- Time management skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
