learned through previous experiences.You will be based in Subang Jaya and will report directly to IT Manager II. **Main Responsibilities** - Ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business products and processes. - Knowledge and experience in gathering business requirements, functional design, testing and training. - Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical solutions to the business users. - Help with functional systems deployment. - Provide first and second level support for previously launched system globally on routine basis. - Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of business solutions. - Assist the project team with transformation, load, and validation of master data. - May involve in system configuration, enhancements and integrations. - Able to attend meetings after hours when necessary. **Qualifications** - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering. - 0-2 years of equivalent IT work experience is required. - Analytical and conceptual skills. - Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. - Knowledgeable in SQL queries and basic programming languages (for eg.
