**About Us**:
Printlab is a leading online printing solutions provider, offering high-quality printing services across Malaysia. We are expanding our agent network and seeking a dynamic sales executive to help recruit print shops as our authorized agents.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Scout, approach, and recruit print shops, branding agencies, and design studios to become authorized agents.
- Build strong relationships with print shop owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and showcase our printing solutions’ profit potential.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to attract prospects.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new agents.
- Track leads, maintain CRM updates, and report progress to management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, B2B, or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in **English, Chinese Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia;**:

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of printing products or B2B services is an advantage.
- Own transport is preferred.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of new print shop agents recruited per month.
- Conversion rate from lead to active agent.
- Positive feedback from agents and business partners.
