About the role

As a Sales Executive at SOLAR SUNYIELD. SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers in the Ipoh Perak area. This full-time position will allow you to contribute directly to the growth and success of our renewable energy business.

What you'll be doing

  • To achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • To present a positive company image to clients and prospects, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • To perform sales activities such as cold-calling, walk-ins, email blasts, and other outreach methods to identify and approach prospects.
  • To understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions to successfully close deals.
  • To monitor project progress regularly, support related teams, and ensure smooth processes and transitions throughout the project cycle.
  • To follow up on payment collection according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • To provide timely feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • To support marketing-related activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events when required.
  • To assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales; experience in Project Sales is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field.
  • Comfortable working in a result-oriented environment.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Basic computer knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or any relevant applications useful for executing sales tasks.
