**Requirement**:

- Requirement at least Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity surveyor or related.
- **Must have experience and passion in landscape work - m**inimum 4-5 years’ experience in related field for this position.
- Well known in quantity surveyor tasks and be able to properly filing and documentation.

- Reporting to Landscape Head.
- To assist Landscape Architect/Landscape Executive in preparing quotation, purchase order and delivery order for every housing landscape/project quotation for tendering and submission purpose.
- To generate and preparing the quotation based on proposal design by Landscape Designer.
- Documentation and processing of housing landscape/pre-contract works including cost analysis from various suppliers and vendors, summary scope of tender, sourcing of new suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Evaluation of price comparison, costing summary, and work out the summary of tender prices.
- To prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price list, material specification list and appliances proposal according to housing landscape/project requirement.
- To cooperate with Landscape Architect in progress claim purpose included site measurement, data collection, submission of claim, as-built drawing, maintenance and others document such as delivery order, architect instruction or related with claiming purpose.
- Prepare and assist in submitting all tender/quotation related documents and calculation such as drawing proposal, project discount structure, Bill of quantities (BQ) rationalization, project variation order (VO) calculation.
- Reviewing construction plans by preparing and monitoring landscape costing according to project/landscape budget.
- Tracking and ordering on the material needed for every housing landscape/project.
- Documenting any changes of proposal/project drawing and updating budget.
- To undertake any other duties, assign by Management
